- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk, warm

- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Gradually add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once risen, roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and chocolate chips.
- Carefully roll up the dough tightly and slice into even rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
