Description

Delicious no-bake cookies that blend sweet caramel, chewy oats, and toasted coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 2 cups oats

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, and cream. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it comes to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Once boiling, allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes without stirring.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the toasted shredded coconut and oats until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to allow the cookies to set.
