Description
Delicious green grapes dipped in creamy caramel and rolled in crunchy peanuts for a sweet treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag green grapes (preferably larger-sized)
- 1 (11 oz) bag caramel bits
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or water
- 1½ cups chopped peanuts
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel by melting the caramel bits with heavy cream or water over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Dip each grape into the caramel, covering about ¾ of the grape, and allow excess caramel to drip back.
- Roll the dipped grape in chopped peanuts and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Repeat the process with the remaining grapes.
- Chill the grapes in the fridge, and before serving, let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Notes
Use larger grapes for easier dipping and better caramel coverage. Ensure to store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
