Quick and easy butterfinger balls combining peanut butter and chocolate for a delicious treat.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter (avoid all-natural varieties)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars
- 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips for coating
- Optional: extra crushed Butterfinger bars, festive sprinkles, coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix together softened peanut butter and butter until smooth; add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar, fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate bark or chips in intervals until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate and top with optional toppings before chocolate sets.
- Allow chocolate coating to harden completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week, or freeze for longer storage.
