Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually mix in the granulated sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, ensuring full incorporation before adding the next.
  5. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Sift in the flour and salt, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the top is a deep golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for at least one hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top.
