- 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line your loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, ensuring full incorporation before adding the next.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Sift in the flour and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the top is a deep golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for at least one hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top.
