Description

A magical combination of rich brownie and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 130g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200ml sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth and let it cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  5. Add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Pour half into the prepared pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth, then mix in sour cream.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  8. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  10. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Top with fresh fruits, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, or nuts. Can be stored for 4-5 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
