- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g unsalted butter
- 250g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 130g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 400g cream cheese
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200ml sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Pour half into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth, then mix in sour cream.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Let it cool completely before removing from the pan, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Top with fresh fruits, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, or nuts. Can be stored for 4-5 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
