Description

A creamy and crunchy grape salad with a delightful brown sugar topping, perfect for gatherings and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs green grapes
  • 2 lbs red grapes
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (for topping)

Instructions

  1. wash and dry the grapes thoroughly
  2. combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until smooth
  3. gently fold in the washed grapes until evenly coated
  4. top with brown sugar and chopped pecans
  5. chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving

Notes

For a fun twist, add lemon juice or cinnamon. You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
