- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 lbs green grapes
- 2 lbs red grapes
- ¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (for topping)
Instructions
- wash and dry the grapes thoroughly
- combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until smooth
- gently fold in the washed grapes until evenly coated
- top with brown sugar and chopped pecans
- chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving
Notes
For a fun twist, add lemon juice or cinnamon. You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
