Description

Delicious and comforting Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cookies that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
