Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Soak the Maria biscuits in blueberry syrup and alternate layers of biscuits with the mascarpone mixture in your dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mascarpone on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the layers.
- Before serving, top with fresh blueberries.
