Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy mascarpone cheese and sweet blueberry syrup with crunchy Maria biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup blueberry syrup
  • 1 package Maria biscuits
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Soak the Maria biscuits in blueberry syrup and alternate layers of biscuits with the mascarpone mixture in your dish.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mascarpone on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the layers.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh blueberries.
