- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar in another bowl until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Scatter fresh blueberries over the cheesecake layer.
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter in a separate bowl until crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool before slicing into squares or rectangles.
