Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, stirring to mix.
