Delightful cinnamon rolls filled with Biscoff cookie butter and cinnamon, topped with a luscious glaze for the perfect treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour (500 g)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup whole milk (240 ml), warmed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (75 g), melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter (150 g)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 g) for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (30 g) for the glaze
  • 12 tablespoons milk (1530 ml) for the glaze

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add the melted butter and eggs, and combine well.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, kneading the dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Mix together Biscoff cookie butter and ground cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Spread the Biscoff filling evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
  8. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12 pieces, placing them in a greased baking dish.
  9. Cover the dish and let it rise for another 30 to 45 minutes until puffed.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Whisk powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk together for the glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
