Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy banana pudding with the rich crunch of Biscoff cookies, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 350 g cold milk
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk (one can)
  • 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix (one package)
  • 470 g whipping cream
  • 26 Biscoff cookies
  • 4 large ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cold milk, condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix in a medium bowl until fully dissolved. Refrigerate to set.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the chilled pudding mixture into the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Add half of the pudding mixture to a 9 x 13-inch dish and spread evenly.
  5. Slice bananas and layer three-quarters on top of the pudding.
  6. Crumble 18 Biscoff cookies and sprinkle over the banana layer.
  7. Top with the remaining pudding mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Repeat layering with the remaining cookies and banana slices on top.
  9. Cover and chill for at least two hours or overnight.
  10. Serve directly from the dish or in smaller containers.
