- 350 g cold milk
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk (one can)
- 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix (one package)
- 470 g whipping cream
- 26 Biscoff cookies
- 4 large ripe bananas
Instructions
- Whisk together the cold milk, condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix in a medium bowl until fully dissolved. Refrigerate to set.
- In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the chilled pudding mixture into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Add half of the pudding mixture to a 9 x 13-inch dish and spread evenly.
- Slice bananas and layer three-quarters on top of the pudding.
- Crumble 18 Biscoff cookies and sprinkle over the banana layer.
- Top with the remaining pudding mixture and spread evenly.
- Repeat layering with the remaining cookies and banana slices on top.
- Cover and chill for at least two hours or overnight.
- Serve directly from the dish or in smaller containers.
