- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, stirring until incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers are soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
