- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square of pastry into the greased muffin cups. Place a cube of brie cheese in each, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with candied pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
These bites can be prepared a day in advance. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
