Description

A fun fusion of classic apple pie wrapped in crispy egg rolls, perfect for gatherings and late-night snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • Caramel sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the apple pie filling with cinnamon and sugar, giving it a good stir.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on your counter. Spoon a generous amount of the apple pie filling into the center of the wrapper.
  3. To wrap the egg roll, fold the sides over the filling and start rolling it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Seal the edges with a dab of water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and let them drain on a paper towel.
  7. Serve warm with caramel sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra garnishing, sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate sauce on top before serving.
