Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1⅔ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray, then dust with flour.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar for 8 to 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and combine until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the flour gently, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before removing it.
  8. Garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
