- 5 eggs
- 1⅔ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray, then dust with flour.
- Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar for 8 to 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and combine until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the flour gently, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before removing it.
- Garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
