Description

Deliciously sweet pumpkin bites made with just three simple ingredients—perfect for a cozy treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond flour (or any gluten-free flour of your choice)
  • ½ cup maple syrup (or honey, if preferred)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, and maple syrup. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until firm to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
