Ingredients
Scale
- 34 Oreo cookies (reserve 4 for garnish, optional)
- 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, room temperature
- 7 ounces white and/or milk baking chocolate
Instructions
- Crush 30 Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a 1-inch ball, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the rolled Oreo balls in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the white and/or milk chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Garnish with reserved crushed Oreos or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let the chocolate set completely in the refrigerator before serving.
