Description

Delicious no-bake Oreo balls that are simple to make with just three ingredients: Oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 Oreo cookies (reserve 4 for garnish, optional)
  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 7 ounces white and/or milk baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Crush 30 Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a 1-inch ball, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the rolled Oreo balls in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt the white and/or milk chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Garnish with reserved crushed Oreos or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let the chocolate set completely in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
