Description

Quick and easy cheesecake bites made in the air fryer with a creamy filling and crunchy graham cracker coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in a lined dish and freeze for about 1 hour.
  3. Once frozen, cut the cheesecake into small squares.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, and cinnamon.
  5. Dip each cheesecake square into melted butter, then roll it in the crumb mixture.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the coated bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for even cooking.
  8. Air fry for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
