Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in a lined dish and freeze for about 1 hour.
- Once frozen, cut the cheesecake into small squares.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, and cinnamon.
- Dip each cheesecake square into melted butter, then roll it in the crumb mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for even cooking.
- Air fry for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
